
An online 30-minute healing practice for your mind, body and spirit. This meditation class is designed for anyone who has been curious about beginning a meditation class but didn't know where to start. Enjoy a beneficial combination of movement, breath work, and stillness. All you need is a cushion or chair and comfortable clothing.
Class begins at 5:45 so please log in 5–10 minutes ahead of time.
